Swatches allows users to enter color information in either the CMYK or RGB color spaces. It then uses the iPhone's or iPod Touch's built-in color representation system to figure out an equivalent color in the other color space and displays that information onscreen.
Swatches lets users enter information either by number, for converting specific known colors, or by moving one of several sliders to gradually adjust an onscreen display of the current color. It provides the best of both worlds by displaying RGB colors on a scale of 0 to 255, for web development, and CMYK colors on a scale of 0 to 100. Swatches also allows a user to set opacity levels in either color space.
Although Swatches is extensively tested before every release, it's very possible that it doesn't do everything a user wants or breaks under specific circumstances. If this is the case, please e-mail the developer with a detailed description of your problem. You can also use this e-mail address to request additional features in the next release of Swatches.
Note: The initial release of Swatches, version 1.0, has a minor flaw where it mixes CMYK colors from 0 to 255 instead of 0 to 100. If this issue is affecting you, please update Swatches for free from the App Store.
